2. No Physical Products
As a service-based business, we do not sell or ship any physical products. All our deliverables are intangible and delivered online.
3. Revisions
We offer revisions based on the selected service package.
Any additional revisions beyond the scope of the agreed project may be charged separately.
All revision requests must be made within 7 days of final delivery unless otherwise stated.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and the time invested in project planning and execution, we do not offer refunds once a project has been initiated or a service has been rendered.
